Event Scheduling and Capacity
Our events are hosted at the same time each year and at the same sites to provide consistency and convenience for all participants.
Please note:
Limited space is available for each event as we do not oversell.
We also ensure that teams are not spread out to the point where college coaches can easily move between complexes.
This approach allows us to maintain the quality of the event and ensure that college coaches can effectively scout all teams.
All events now feature 2-hour, 120-minute pool and bracket games. All Championship games are 7-innings or 120 minutes
